My Birthday Weekend Was So Much Fun!

Friends, family and fabulous new friends made my party Saturday, Aug. 28th a blast. A good time was had by all! Nothing but good energy from the happy feeling throughout the crowd to the absolutely unbelievable DJ it was a party not to be forgotten! Lots of laughs, dancing and yes cocktails! ;-)  I had the time of my life! xx

I keep getting so many questions about Iman makeup. I've made it clear it's the foundation & powder I use now after years of living by Dermablend. I love, love , love Sugarpill Cosmetics. They have rich vibrant colors with crazy pigment. It's like makeup candy. Definitely check them out. Their 4 color palettes I think are the best buy. Singularly the shadows are $12 each, if bought in the 4 color palette it's $34. And their Sparkling Loose Eyeshadow are to die for. Also $12 a piece. Cher is one of those rare artist's who does her own makeup very often and is very good. One of her favorite people to do it for her is the late great Kevyn Aucoin. In my opinion Kevyn is the greatest makeup artist's ever! If you ever need any tutorials with makeup purchase one of his books, they are detailed and will improve your skills by leaps and bounds. He did Cher's makeup for her video 'Dov'è L'Amore' from her hit album 'Believe' in 1999. It's breathtaking! Can you believe it's from 1999! Everything comes back! It looks very current.
